Precision Machining

Skilled machinists deliver beyond the normal scope.

Our machine tools are capable of up to .0002” positional and dimensional tolerance. Our vertical mills range in size from 30”x16”x20”, with an integrated fourth axis, to a larger vertical with a 60”x24”x22” machining envelope.

Our horizontal machining centers have 78”x60”x55”x19” axis travel, but we can machine components much larger. We have CNC lathes that start with a 10” swing and 20” bed length on up to dual spindles with live tooling and a Y axis.

Rachels Machine and Fabrication shop offers many stock engineering chain sprockets available in a variety of chain sizes with stock, finished, or special bores. These sprockets can be made to any application you need.

We manufacture engineered sprockets with and without hub, finished bore or taper bore. All pitches are within 6" and maximum diameter is 80".

Metal Fabrication

Metal Supply uses state-of-the-art metal processing equipment to deal with bulk projects and custom flairs.

We cut, weld, forge and bend the metal components to create a unique piece of work for our clients. All our orders are special orders.
